If your hands are full, imagen what can it do to you to have to navigate through unkown waters such as the computer connections that can lead you to endless opening and closing windows without getting to where you wanto to go.
Of course some people might say all of this can lead you to stress but who cares, the main point is that you are here to produce and to participate in what is expected of you from society..
Will it be taken into account about your technology knowledge when we hit heaven? Is this a 21st century paradigm? (as the title says this is just a reflection)
Why do you keep looking down when there is a whole universe to look up to...
I believe your reflection is deep and sincere,On the one hand I agree with the point that too much technology lead to stress, but on the other hand that´s how we are going to socialize and get in touch with colleagues, students, friends and all the people sorrounding us in the next decade, century and millenium.
